THE EVENT
300 m2 to understand our footprint on the planet
The largest chromatic "eco-carpet" in Rome is ready to welcome the steps of Romans and tourists who will cross the Garbatella district.
The ecomurales “As Above So Below” by Michela Picchi, promoted by the NUII brand and Yourban 2030, is a shower of colors that transforms the Garbatella metro station, symbolic access to the neighborhood, into a dreamlike landscape, a chromatic immersion that will literally accompany the passage of people, with an invitation to reflect on the "footprint" that each of us leaves on the planet, in terms of sustainability and the environment.
A profound reflection on the environment around us
A monumental work which, beyond simple aesthetics, becomes an escape from reality, an opportunity to get lost and travel with the mind during the daily commute, instilling beauty and reflection in everyday life, giving it a moment of visual relaxation and colorful smiles, together with a deep reflection on the environment around us.
A concrete commitment towards the 2030 Agenda
The mural, in fact, is not just colors and lines, but a touch of beauty that brings with it a breath of clean air, in line with the mission of Yourban 2030. A concrete commitment towards the 2030 Agenda, created with photocatalytic paints Airlite which purifies the air, helps to improve its quality, absorbing pollution like 12 planted trees would.
